Blessed Water Changco 1-RWSA, located in Purok Changco 1-A, Brgy. Siguel, General Santos City, was officially established on December 19, 2024, through the joint initiative of Hon. Lorelie G. Pacquiao and Brgy. Captain Jerry M. Jugarap. The organization was created to address the community’s long-standing challenge of insufficient water supply. By developing a reliable water distribution system, Blessed Water Changco 1-RWSA aims to provide residents with clean and safe water, improve public health, and contribute to the socio-economic growth of the area.
